We now have NEW NOZZLES available which allow for the introduction of abrasive material to our Dry Ice Blasting systems.
There are two new nozzles, one to suit the IBLmini and another that is compatible with the IBL3000 & IBL2500.
These nozzles are attached to the blast gun instead of the standard range of blasting nozzles and via a hose to a seperate hopper they draw abrasive media with a vacuum system and mix it into the dry ice flow as it exits the nozzle.
The system only requires a small amount of abrasive media (usually around 5-10%) but it effectively increases the ability of the system to remove hard materials such as paint and other coatings.
The system will work with various conventional blasting medias such as Soda, Garnett, Crushed Glass etc.
