NOZZLES & INSERTS – THE SYSTEM!

One of the great selling points of the Intelblast system is the nozzle design.

With most Dry Blaster manufacturers you are offered a range of nozzle designs and then you need 4-5 nozzles of differing diameters for each nozzle design.

Intelblast have a unique system which means that you only require one nozzle of each design and then by using a range of specially designed inserts you can vary the throat diameter depending on your application. This represents significant savings on the cost of expensive nozzles.

INSERTS

Inserts are available in 5mm, 6mm, 7mm, 8mm,9mm & 10mm sizes. Each machine is supplied with a choice of three inserts.

IN-LINE DRY ICE CRUSHER

Used to “Crush” the pellets as they leave the gun. by using “crushed pellets” it’s possible to achieve and softer, finer finish. Comes with two different size meshes.
